The champion DDP is coming off a close split decision victory against Sean Strickland, and a finish against Izzy.

Sean Strickland is coming off a dominant and impressive win against Paulo Costa.

Khamzat at MW is now coming off a close win against kamaru Usman, who is the 2nd best WW of all time, and a dominant submission victory against Robert Whittaker.

What happens now? Khamzat just fought. Didn’t take any damage at all. He left with a vixtory completely unscathed. Do we give Strickland his rematch and make Khamzat wait for the winner? Or does Khamzat get to skip the line now?

as much as i root against him his style of fighting is great for a good wrestler anbd hes very effective at what he does

Khamzat fought the prefect fight and Whittiker knew Khamzat would immediately go for takedown and still couldnt stop,Very impressive win

I can’t help but wonder what happens if Whittaker doesn’t get his jaw broken, he was defending well… but that’s just the Whittaker fan in me

Khamzat’s takedowns are hilarious. He just dives at your feet, grabs your feet and eventually stands up to get to your hips. He did it to Holland, Usman, and now Rob too

He also takes no punches in doing so…kind if reminds me if Rickson Gracie who also was great grappller that didnt take a lot of punches But khamzat has the best mma takedowns I’ve seen along with maybe GsP…he will be the betting favorite when he fights for title…
