It’s been that way for quite while but hopefully that white house card was a sign of things to come and they’re motivating fighters to finish fights instead of winning decisions. The sport has evolved from tough guys to athletes to now a lot of “moneyball” type fighters who know how to outpoint opponents over however many rounds. UFC has to make finishing a fight the biggest pay and fighters will chase the money, imo.

I saw that but ended up thinking they were reacting to what Rogan and the other announcers were doing.

The Reebok deal was simply how can we enrich ourselves while screwing over the fighters the best we can.

If a union/association wasn’t formed over that, then nothing will.

Then the UFC gets $7.7 billion and still no word on a union/association.
