He dominated Sandhagen but that’s not saying much
Then In the Aljo rematch, Yan loses a split decision in a robbery. Yan won 1 4 5
Fights SO’M next. He wins all 3 rounds but once again, gets robbed by the judges. It, imo, is the 2nd worst robbery in ufc history after GSP/Hendricks
After that he fights Merab and gets his first true loss in the cage. It was a 25 minute beat down that left me in a state of depression
That 3 fight losing skid, 4 losses total, was a joke. It was all smoke and mirrors. He is now on a 5 fight win streak and avenged his loss against Merab who was being labeled as the BW GOAT
This type of comeback is inane. The level of hard work and determination and never giving up during those dark days. He’s an absolute stud
