UFC legend Tito Ortiz and longtime CEO Dana White share a unique relationship. From White’s time as Ortiz’s manager to their infamous boxing match that nearly came to fruition, Ortiz and White’s relationship has been a roller coaster.
White has repeatedly expressed his longtime hatred for Ortiz during and after his UFC tenure. Ortiz left the UFC multiple times during his career, citing his tumultuous relationship with White as a significant reason behind his departures.
Fast forward to 2026, and one of the UFC’s biggest feuds could potentially be coming to an end.
“I’ve tried to reach out [to Dana] a few times. I’ve tried doing interviews to apologize, just saying that I’m sorry for what I did,” Ortiz said of White.
“I said some things about him a few times that I probably shouldn’t have. I was influenced by others that I shouldn’t have been influenced by. Made some bad decisions, and I’ve tried to apologize for that. At the end of the day, I shouldn’t have to worry about my bills being paid because I’ve busted my a– for 16 years for the UFC and helped them get on the track of where they are right now.
“I’m thankful for the track they gave me, and the opportunities, but it’s a double-edged sword,” Ortiz continued. “I messed up; it’s part of the deal. If that bridge could ever be hashed back together between Dana and me, I’d love it. But I know Dana. He’s not that type of guy.”

I thought he hashed it up when he came back and KOed Bader
That was a glorious redemption arc
I dont think anyone but Tito gives a single fuck if him and Dana make up. What changes if they make up? Nothing. Not like Dana is suddenly gonna give Tito a piece of the pie.
He is trying to get a Zuffa Boxing contract, clear as day
Tito wants to suck on Dana’s left testicle.
