Well, time will tell. But the Paramount deal is said to be no PPV. Just monthly sub. And the first two ‘big’ numbered events have already been set, and so far, they are not PP.V

Moreover, it will be very hard to reverse the model. Once people are out of the habit of buying, hard to go back. Technology has changed everything.

Maybe they will still do it for mega events.
