I believe the heavyweight division has Fedor, Jones, Couture, Shamrock, Big Nog, Stipe, Cormier, and Aspinall. There are others too, but those were the standouts that I saw. Even with just those guys it’s awesome.
I’m excited about using Couture, so I think I’ll stick with him at light-heavy even if it’s an uphill battle for him against Jones. At heavyweight I’ll probably use Fedor, but if I can make Couture work for me at heavyweight I might use him and Fedor there. Pretty sure I’m going to stick with him at light-heavy regardless.
For the boxing games I like swarmers but I was not good with them in Fight Night Round 3 so I didn’t use them. Committed to using them in Fight Night Round 4 and became good with them. I’ve used them since since I like the style irl, and since it’s now my most effective style in games.
For UFC 6, I’m trying to pick fighters that I think will be fun based on everything I know about them irl, but also hedging that against how viable they might be in the game. I’m excited about the game and making educated guesses about who I want to use based on fun factor and effectiveness, but I might bail on them if they are limited in their effectiveness.
The fighters I’m choosing are the fighters I’ll start out with, and I’m hoping I can make them work for me. Hoping they’ll at least be competitive with the field.
