Usyk would absolutely crazy not to want this. Could be a way to make some good money without tremendous risk. But if it happens, it should be considered a non-title special attraction type fight. Paul has never fought anyone in the top 100 of any sanctioning body. Unfair for him to jump the ranked contenders on the list.

Usyk is an all-time great, there’s no doubt about it. I’ve no doubt that he’d beat a lot of the fighters that others rate in their top 10.

Yes, Ali’s glove was torn on the seam in the 4th round of the first Henry Cooper fight, but the loads of extra time that Ali supposedly got as the glove was replaced has been debunked. It only took a minute or two to ascertain that there were no gloves available at ringside for Ali to change into, so the fight went on using the original gloves & Ali stopped Cooper in the next round.
