There are many and “favorite” would probably change depending on what day you ask me.

Off the top of my head, Chuck winning the belt at UFC 52.

Him beating Tito was probably my favorite up to that point, but him avenging the loss against Randy and winning the belt at the same time topped that.

Also, he already was next in line for the belt, but took a fight against Vernon White in between the Tito and Randy fights.

I know people will say it was an easy match-up for him, but anything can happen and he risked the title shot by taking it.

Not really a single moment but just the whole build up, fight and aftermath of the first Anderson/Chael fight. It was crazy seeing Chael make Anderson look human like that and it turned him into a star overnight. It was also pretty much slap bang in the middle of the UFCs first and best boom period.

Close second would be (again not really a single moment, sorry) the first UFC On Fox, all the hype around it, the feeling that the mainstream media were having to give in and accept the sport as being legit, and of course the hype around the “new generation” HWs with absolute prime Cain and JDS going against each other.

That’s what I came to say. That’s the first thing that came to mind.
