Re-Watched “All the Pretty Horses” this evening and “Sling Blade” kid Blevins was a great character!
one thing, in Jail, they mentioned about him not having any “feathers” what the heck did they mean by that?
Also, Matt Damon was clearly an amateur, he needed to romance the Dad/Aunt too if he wished to improve his LOWborn situation, I know all about this!

My gradnmother dated Alan Ladd for a while back in the early 50s lol.
Apperantly my dad ended up with his coat from the film. But like a dumb kid, wore that fucking thing until it fell apart and they tossed it out. I wonder what that would for for at auction these days lol.
She told me “he was a pompous ass”… So Im pretty sure he quickly ditched her for some hot young starlet lol.
Not long after that she met my bull riding bronc breaking granddad, and the rest was history. No more movie star dick for her lol.
