I’m unaware of this situation tbh. I know it was thought about in a “what if” situation and yes, if it’s in a discussion and people are arguing or debating…calling names is as OG as fights in the DQ parking lot, this is free speech. NakedYoga could call anyone anything he wants back, there can’t be words or a word that’s only off limits against him but he has complete freedom to say anything to someone else…that’s not free speech, it’s discriminatory and limited speech by definition. Now if someone is following him to threads and just calling him this out of the blue every time he posts anything…that’s harassment as it is above and it’s been decided to be against the rules.
If this is referring to what I think it is, I fucking banned him, which turned into an ordeal, if it’s a different situation, then I’m not sure what it is about.
I don’t get this, we can’t be everywhere, we’re not in every thread monitoring everything. If someone legit feels harassed they have to flag or DM someone, I’ve never known any of us to ignore it completely, there’s a lot of talk behind closed doors so to speak, the mods and Oni have had excellent communication with each other, Oni’s door has always been open, we’ve burned through DM’s with post counts
