I’ve heard it explained that it’s an evolutionary thing. That historically when something happened, the women who survived were the ones who could sound the alarm for the men to come and save them. So if an animal invaded the tribe at night, the women who froze with fear were eaten, but one that yells got the men to wake up and come save them.
I don’t know if there’s any truth to that, but it’s what I once heard.

Even worse is when some guy attacks another they are silent until the victim fights back and starts winning, then the "staaaahpppp it"s start they interfere giving the aggressor the chance to get the upper hand. When the aggressor starts kicking the shit out of the victim they are back to being silent and not interferring. Seen it in many videos.
