I used to assume you were a lug head, jug head kind of dummy based on posts or maybe photos ? Or maybe I wanted to believe that since you are an accomplished athlete ?
But anyway ( did not watch video) but when I watched a couple of your other videos you are not a dummy, not a lug head. You seem like a pretty sharp guy.

@EricApple, thanks for asking Rich about the OG/UG. Was an interesting answer and anyone that was a member from the beginning would see how it went from strictly a mma related discussion board to what we all saw it to be at the end. There were also two separate forums where one was supposed to be dedicated to mma (the UG) and the other stuff (the OG). Rich could try to preserve as much as possible as there is so much history there, especially going back to the early days.
