BJJ could be a dangerous game. Ghetto Hawaiians sometimes will hit you in the head with a beer bottle or soccer kick you if you are on top.
I’d try to deescalate the guy while standing, when in a clinch or even on the ground, maybe knee on the belly so I could bail if I saw someone coming

High Mount is good if the guy is weak. Can be hard to do that to a big guy. You also have to worry about eye gouges. Sometimes you try to be merciful and someone rewards you with an eye gouges or bite

I think I would transition to a gift wrap mount instead. I can hold that on big guys easier than a high mount, it’s hard to eye gouges or bite. I might slap a few times to let him know I could pound him

I am friends with some scrappers. A couple of my friends went to jail for breaking guys jaws. I don’t really hang with them but it’s nice to have some friends around when I go out
