Saw that the full episode is uploaded. Watched the beginning where they were scolding him. Seemed pointless. Thought about watching more after they moved on, but I donāt care that much about the guy to listen to him.

Do you not think any part of that is the fact that our grandfathers fought on the same side as Stalin against Hitler? Doesnāt it make at least a little sense that Americans would downplay the evil of our allies but exaggerate the evil of our enemies? Iāve never understood why people donāt even consider that as part of the equation for how a country feels about two groups of people.

We were in a Cold War with the Russians till 1989, There were many lives lost in proxy wars whether they be Korea or Vietnam add to that we were in a nuclear arms race. Yes Stalin died, but with 80 yrs of reflection its staggering how little Stalinās brutality is mentioned when it comes to atrocities. The fact we still have socialist/communist goverments in place should bring more awareness of Stalin.

I learned about Soviet atrocities in my college classes. Essentially the same amount as the Holocaust.
Seems like now that the WW2 vets are almost all dead and their kids arenāt the ones doing all the teaching and book writing the telling of Soviet atrocities is much more accurate. Which seems logical to me.
This is a whole different kettle of stupid though. To the modern pro commies Stalin was just a bad guy who subverted a great system that would have led to peace and bliss without him. Theyāre fucking retards.

Iām from SW, but Iāve trained a lot Greencastle and used to compete a fair amount in Philly, because no black or brown belts on the western half of the state compete ever and my brackets either wouldnāt exist or Iād just go to beat up purples.
I trained in Philly a few times at a place called Droogs that was cool though
