Do you know guys that roid in your BJJ school?

I’ve seen a few skinny guys get big fast. There was a school that was known for this. These guys were super veiny and ripped, didn’t look natural. Some guys were getting yellow eyes, I don’t know if that is from roids of hep B.

I alway joke that I’m going to get on gear but I don’t want to. I’ll live with the aches and pains, and dad bod

I am surprised this happens since size and strength does not matter.

Technique and leverage in GJJ.

Edit to add you said BJJ and not GJJ so perhaps that is is the difference.

I know you are joking but can you imagine Royce vs Mark Kerr?

Can you imagine how hard a guy on gear probably pounds his trannie ?

Truck would be at the transmission shop once or twice a year.

Bite down and he’ll tap. That’s a submission.

To say he get that big drinking milk, I drink a lot of milk and don’t look like that guy

There’s a lot like that here in Austin.

Yes. It’s pathetic. These guys juice up just to go win some blue belt division local tournament.

Haha I dropped into a few Austin gyms and I’d bet more were on gear or SARMs than were clean

There’s a couple…who don’t, but they work the desk & don’t actually trane.

Ya’ll talking about B-Team right? Haven’t noticed a big percentage of ppl on gear at other gyms. Maybe where Gym Kennedy trains at also, but haven’t been there yet.

Six Blades clean
Jean Jacques clean
10th Planet clean
Cooper’s MMA clean
Soul Fighters clean

Definitely going to take some TRT if I go to B-Team :joy:

Why do you care?

Never understood this fascination with saying another grown man “is on steroids” it’s usually some fat slob who doesn’t work out

B team and Renzo/Roka

Some guys at 10p too.

That said I don’t care. If they are competitive and want to juice then go for it. Strength matters.

Plenty of BJJ guys that do gear and don’t lift and you would never tell.

It’s ”socially acceptable” to do steroids now. Thanks, Internet! I’m glad it’s not like 80s steroids where users went full rage at first setback.

Had a purple belt bite a black belt when he was in a submission once. True story. Black belt stopped and was like, “did you just fucking bite me?!” Good times after

Edit: I didn’t have him do that btw….had seems like it’s my secret coaching technique
