But honestly knees to a downed opponent, keep elbows, put in soccer kicks and stomps too, fuck it.
No stand ups. The worst is when the ref gets in between when a guy is letting another one up. Just makes that defensive stand up you are taught early on somewhat pointless.
Also no gay glove touching once the round starts. It takes away surprise attacks and weird shit like the Werdum flying kicks. Sets up a nice sparring style fight.
