Plus remember as horrific as these beatings seem to us it’s another day at the office for these guys. They sacrifice their bodies for cash. Sadly the CTE is often their final reward.

The majority of MMA history has been single fights for belts.
The Superfight belt became the HW belt, and it was just as “real” as any other belt or title setup by matchmakers.

All Pride fights were goat when I look back. The atmosphere, the way they pronounced names and the mob thing all made it perfect..

I think Shogun was the more dynamic striker and more squirlly from his back.
I think Wandy was stronger and more powerful in the clinch.
Head-to-head I think Wandy beats him, and pretty sure he did over a dog.
It’s very close though.
