I saw him speaking about hearing these rumors in another thread last week. Looks like fighters are starting to go public with this information. Not looking good for Karate Combat and their douchebag CEO ā€œPresident Awesomeā€. What a scumbag cokehead loser.

Its civil not criminal matter and llc insulates them, as long as theyā€™re not illegaling using business bank accounts as their personal bank accounts its fine. Its not illegal to not be able to pay your creditors.
