Exactly this.
Every business owner I know in hospitality says it’s the toughest it’s ever been. Even the mcd guy I’ve known for over 20 years and he has 8 stores.
Funny thing is personal wealth has never been better
I understand and they aren’t making decisions because they are waiting to see what happens with the economy and the election.
Exactly and markets and the economy are now completely detached because markets are completely dependent upon liquidity provided by the government/fed. It’s truly crazy.
I’m trying to get something new tested and if it works marketed… It’s non-mechanical manufacturing related
How can I do that? Let’s say I test my idea and get a prototype… How do I take that to market? It’s in a gun related field.

Talk to a patent lawyer if it’s a new idea. If you approach any established company they will just steal your idea.
Are a funeral director ?
Trust IS a Patent ESQ
No but that is a good business and a ton of the population will die in the next 20 years as boomers get really old
I didn’t know that
Recession proof business…lol.
I started up a high-ticket drop shipping site, got the company registered and have built the website. Now I’m in the process of getting suppliers then going to create SEO campaigns to try to attract sales. I have mentors that I could lean on during this process.
It’s a lot of work but I find it refreshing in that I’m doing my own thing rather than working for a salary. The hardest part is to believe in the process, which required putting in the time on a consistent basis. I have to admit that the hours put in have been spotty so am kind of using this thread as motivation to keep it up and to gain from some other’s insights.
Anyhow, I’m going to be posting here less (a lot of members will be happy with this lol) and will focus on grinding on the business. As this is my part time gig, the goal is to put in at least 2 hours a day on it and keep it consistent.
I have to trust the process and just follow through with it.
WHY IS THIS THREAD DARK AS NIGHT ? LOL
How did you get started in private equity?
Anyone had any luck buying a business off of one those brokerage sites?
My stock portfolio manager brought me the deal. They do private raises as well as stock portfolio management/investments
My father told me some of this as a child. One of the things I remember is him telling me was that one year he worked twelve hour days, and at the end of the year, he’d lost fifty thousand dollars.
You don’t need luck, you need skill in business management. And money.
Same with franchising.
