Good match. And they got McEnroe calling the play by play which is a bonus.
ya mac is awesome. hopefully he gets to call the finals.
shelton has a massive serve
I was thinking the same thing.
Sonego is good but I think Sheltonās serve will be the difference.
Shelton hit one 142 miles an hour.
shelton is good on clay, even coming up to volly.
I wasnāt sure who might be a darkhorse in this tournment.
Maybe Shelton?
I like Draper as a Darkhorse. But I donāt have anybody else in mind that could potentially beat Sinner and Alcaraz.
i picked carlos
hate to say but iga for the ladies
my darkhorse is andreeva
might have to agree with you on draper.
Hard to pick against Carlos.
Or Iga for that matter. Sheās struggled lately but this is her best tournament.
would like to see novak, carlos final but novak would have to get through Sinner.
Yeah, Iām not really sure how Novak is going to beat Sinner.
Good interview with Benās dad. Seems like a good guy.
Stats also show Ben hit a serve 149.8 miles per hour. Thatās crazy.
Of course, just as I talk up Benās serve he double faults to get broken.
Benās good I just donāt know if heās a complete enough player.
He relies on his athleticism and power but pushers can neutralize and frustrate him.
I think he needs to add in more drop shots and volleying to really get to that next level.
damm, thats fast
some nice volley play there.
sonego now volleying, i like that.
Good touch shot there by Shelton.
McEnroe just mentioned he uses a western grip, which might be why he doesnāt hit more drop shots.
Using a western grip makes that shot a little hard to pull off regularly.
i heard him talking about the grips, i should do some more reading on the different grips
soneco takes the lead
Heās in a good position for the upset.
shelton comes back
Good win for Shelton. Not an easy first round opponent.
i actually thought soneco would take it
