Volk deserves one more shot at LW gold. This is the perfect fight for both of them. Champ v. Champ. Volk looked incredible in his first fight with Islam at 155lbs. so with prep time and a full training camp he would be all good to go at LW

I’ve deeply enjoyed watching him compete over the years, but I feel Like at this point, he’s literally done everything a person can do in this sport. He’s had brutal wars over the years and somehow still seems to be coherent and healthy. If there was ever a time to step away, to do so now would be a storybook ending. I am hopeful that he has gotten his money situation squealed away and that he enjoys the rest of his life doing whatever he wants to do.

Justin is my current favorite fighter, and I hope he calls it quits. you will never have a better moment than what just happened, and any fights moving forward just muddy the waters. he accomplished everything he set out to do, gotta know when to fold em and walk away a legend.

He was game enough to fight Islam. Islam is better than Gaethje. Why would he be afraid of Justin? Volk is the man. He’d love to hold two belts
