Who's your favorite boxer of all time?

I wholeheartedly agree but think the wins post Tyson show better on Holmes than Mike as I think that was Holmes’ first fight since the Spinks ‘losses’. He got offered 4mill and took it.

No, not at all. Ali was great, but styles make fights & Norton gave him fits.

But do you think Ali is by far the greatest boxer of all time and no one else comes close?

I don’t think there was any corruption in Ali-Norton 3, but I do think the judges got it wrong. I don’t think they gave Norton credit for his body shots & the fact that he landed the harder punches over the course of the fight. I thought Norton won 9 out of the 115 rounds.

That’s a tough call. But I have to say yes because of his quality of opposition. If not Ali, who are you going to put on top?

Same

I would say probably Sugar Ray Robinson as the greatest boxer. But can understand Ali getting more love.

Not sure, just think he’s one of the greatest but to just flat out say undisputable GOAT as many do seems flawed as he has many Ls.

To me losses don’t necessarily determine how good or bad someone was. Ali fought in a very tough era. I don’t really believe there is one greatest fighter but there are a handful. Ali is among them. Can I say he was better than Joe Louis? I personally cannot.

I always give the nod to HW.

After all, they are the ones who can kick the most asses.

So would you say Ali is the clear GOAT boxer?

I have him as the GOAT.

Are there others who have an argument?
Yes.

I do not think there is one HW who could run the table vs all the other great HWs.
