Didnt watch but my guess is that it’s been proven that every martial art has huge holes that are easily exploited by other martial arts.

Paulson has an insane level of knowledge when it comes to the sport and off martial arts in general. I still use things I learned from his seminars in the 90s. His Lytes Out Podcast is a top 3 favorite and a must listen for every fan..
