Looked scared of being taken down and I’m not sure why because Ankalaev has never shown much of anything on the ground. Pereira looked off during his walkout. Started his step later and it even looked different. Terrible performance from both guys and Ankalaev should not have been rewarded with a belt. As bad as pereira looked he still won 1,3, and 5. I don’t even want to see a rematch. Let Alex get starched by aspinal and retire.

He wasn’t off, he fought a superior more well rounded opponent. Equal the size the guy with the greater skills wins. That’s what happened. The big wooden Indian fought a guy his size and lost.
